There’s plenty of things going on this weekend with Valentine’s Day next week and the Super Bowl on Sunday.
It’s listed in the events section below, but I wanted to highlight the Chocolate Escape on the Walking Mall on Saturday. It’s a great reason to head downtown, walk around and treat yourself to all sorts of different sweet stuff from local vendors and restaurants. I went last year and satisfied my chocolate cravings and I’m hoping to free up some time on Saturday so I can do it again and visit some of the new shops and places to eat that have opened in the last year.
Also, per last week’s newsletter there are still some restaurants participating in the second week of Frederick County’s restaurant week.
