Hey Winstigators,

If you’ve been a Winchester Wire reader for awhile, you’ll know that a lot of what this newsletter about is what keeps Winchester and the surrounding territories unique and special. It’s about shopping local and supporting small businesses.

That said, I have a confession to make.

It’s about my unabashed love for Buffalo Wild Wings.

I can’t help it, I’ve been a BWW addict for years. I have the app on my phone with all the specials and discounts and if it’s a Tuesday there’s a good chance you’ll find me crushing some BOGO wings. I haven’t tried the burgers or other menu options, it’s just always been about the wings.

A good friend of mine and I meet up at BWW at least once a month for lunch to stuff ourselves on wings, but his wife recently threw down a challenge: check out Backseat Bar And Grill, they have the best wings in town.

I just got back to Winchester Wire HQ from a lunch visit to Backseat Bar And Grill and I can confirm they’ve got the best wings around.

Backseat’s wings are massive, there wasn’t a scrawny one to be found. The sauces were spot on, I went with mild (great flavor with just enough kick), honey hot and garlic butter, all of them were perfectly flavored. On the next visit, I’ve already planned to step up to the hot wings. Add in an super friendly wait staff with great service and Backseat Bar and Grill just stole the crown for the best wings in town.
